We absolutely loved Mercy Vegan Factory! Everything on the menu is 100% plant-based, and it’s all delicious. Their signature dish, the Mercy Kimpa Sushi Roll (only available at lunchtime), was a total hit. From the sushi to the amazing bakes, it’s the perfect spot for a vegan feast. Our team can’t get enough of this place!
